Overview

The Senior Product Manager 3 oversees both internal and external aspects by guiding product strategy, managing the entire product lifecycle, and driving go-to-market efforts. This position works to align technical implementation with business objectives for the healthcare enterprise imaging team. By collaborating with various departments and utilizing insights from customers and the market, this role champions innovation to create effective products and encourage their successful adoption.



Responsibilities

      Onboarding to NHS Clinical Safety Officer Training
      • Maintain ARRT certification & CEU activities
    • Creating new product workflows including clinical requirements and end user Radiologist, PACS admins, and technologist usage
    • Provide additional requirements across multiple R&D teams for new imaging designs & workflows
    • Internal & 3rd party training of new workflows
    • Collaborate with Marketing team on sales collateral for workflows
    • Collaborate with Business Development and review vendor technologies and synergies in the industry
    • Work closely with Regulatory Manager for Compliance projects
    • Assist with regulatory validation and verification. Creating test plans and performing clinical testing.
    • Assist with 3rd party vendor technology integrations
    • Assist marketing with trade show activities
    • Ability to evaluate industry trends and identify revenue potential
    • Document versioning from UAT testing
    • Create customer workflow discovery framework
    • Assist in maintaining PACS lab of validated versions
      • Ability to work independently with customers to define enhancement requests
      • Assist/create UI design for new features
      • Create User Role definitions and best practices
      • Work closely with 3rd party Clinical Applications Specialists to ensure go-live success
    • Available indoor office workspace for Radiologist multi-monitor workstation required (4 monitors)
    • Attend industry conferences as needed, such as RSNA, HIMSS, SIIM
    • Attend customer on-site business meetings and/or implementation projects
    • Participate in the Silicon Valley Product Group's Design & Planning on-site development methodology


Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience working in a clinical setting as a certified ARRT Registered Technologist
  • 3+ years experience as a PACS admin
  • 3+ years experience working with FDA medical devices
  • Vendor PACS implementation experience required - must have completed minimum of 20 customer site installs
  • Dictation workflow experience required
  • Modality implementation and imaging data flow required
  • Technologist QA/QC workflow experience
  • Experience with DICOM, HL7, QC, Hanging Protocols, PACS settings & customization workflow
  • Broad knowledge of PACS workflows across multiple IDNs required
  • Voice Recognition experience required (Nuance PowerScribe, MModal, etc.)
  • Radiology workflow orchestration preferred
  • Teleradiology experience preferred
  • RIS experience preferred (Epic Radiant/Cupid, Cerner)
  • Subspeciality experience in Imaging 'ologies such as Orthopedics, Cardiology, Mammography, Radiation Therapy, etc. is a plus.
  • Departmental / Enterprise experience preferred
