Build. Learn. Grow. Make an Impact Every Day.

We're looking for a reliable, handson Maintenance Technician to support the assembly and upkeep of mechanical training equipment. This role is perfect for someone with a strong work ethic, mechanical curiosity, and a willingness to learn new skills. If you enjoy working with your hands, following build instructions, and being part of a team that creates real, physical products, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in building and assembling mechanical training equipment according to instructions.
  • Perform general labor and handson mechanical tasks using basic tools and hardware.
  • Support technicians and fabricators by preparing materials, organizing components, and completing assigned tasks.
  • Follow build diagrams, written instructions, and verbal guidance to complete assembly steps safely and accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and handle equipment responsibly.
  • Help with basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning, staging materials, and equipment prep.
  • Learn new mechanical skills as part of daily tasks and onthejob training.

Who Thrives in This Role

  • Individuals who enjoy handson work and building things.
  • People who take pride in doing tasks well, even if they're simple or repetitive.
  • Fast learners who want to expand their mechanical or industrial skillset.
  • Team players who follow instructions, stay organized, and communicate clearly.

Preferred (But NOT Required) Skills

  • Experience using common mechanical tools (wrenches, drills, saws, etc.).
  • Basic pipefitting, plumbing, carpentry, or mechanical assembly knowledge.
  • Experience in warehouse, labor, fabrication, or maintenance environments.

If you don't have these skills yet - that's okay. We will train the right person.

What You Bring

  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to follow instructions and ask questions when needed.
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, stand, bend, and use tools as part of daily work.
  • Positive attitude and readiness to support the team.

Why This Role Matters

You'll play a key role in helping build the equipment that trains the next generation of technicians and industrial workers. Every piece you assemble directly supports handson education and realworld learning.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow into mechanical assembly, fabrication, or industrial maintenance, starting with a team that's ready to teach.
