We are seeking a business partner with strong analytical, project management and communication skills to join our team. This individual will actively support the organization on planning, forecasting, and analysis activities. In addition, the role will assist the organization in delivering the value creation plan. Core Responsibilities:



  • Partner to manage and support BA Operating System Cadence (Monthly Operating Reviews, KPI metrics, Countermeasures) strategic financial modeling, quarterly performance review, and annual strategic planning and budgeting process
  • Support sites in deployment of planning/forecasting/reporting tools
  • Evaluate monthly operating performance against plan, prior year and forecast including comparison to industry benchmark and peer performance
  • Support the tracking and reporting of value creation initiatives including partnering with the site leadership to drive ownership and accountability
  • Drive profitability and accountability to plan commitments at all levels
  • Partner with the Leadership Team to drive strategic goals
  • Continuously evaluate & drive capital investments (CAAR process), restructuring or other enterprise initiatives
  • Support M&A review for segment and support/lead financial due diligence procedures on potential actions
  • Develop and link the Macro market trends to our Strategy and provide assessment
  • Drive working capital improvements across the organization
  • Leads the monthly review of forecasts to assess potential risks and opportunities to drive forecast accuracy
  • Supports preparation and review of business case analyses for future growth opportunities
  • Assess status of existing growth initiative and drive actions to optimize and course correct where needed
  • Drives functional enhancements to financial reporting and planning and forecasting processes
  • Develops Board of Director materials as needed



Qualifications:



  • A proven track record with 5+ years of financial and operational experience
  • Strong analytical skills, data-driven, analytical approach to problem solving leading to sound decision making
  • Highest degree of integrity and ethical behavior is essential
  • High energy individual with proven ability to effectively manage and complete multiple tasks concurrently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills a must
  • Experience with implementing, enhancing, and building templates for financial consolidation and business intelligence systems



Education Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance is required. MBA is preferred. Accreditation in Accounting (CPA, CMA, or CIA) highly desirable.
