Key Responsibilities



  • Internal Business Development:Connect and engage with PlayCore companies.


  • Facilitator for Design Charrettes:Lead intense, multi-disciplinary workshops to guide diverse stakeholders toward collaborative, actionable design solutions


  • Lead Generation & Sales:Researching prospects, conducting outreach, and moving leads through the sales pipeline.


  • Market Research:Analyzing industry trends, competitor activities, and potential new markets to inform strategy.


  • Relationship Management:Building rapport with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders.


  • Proposal & Presentation Development:Creating and delivering presentations, proposals, and contracts to close deals.


  • Reporting & Strategy:Maintaining accurate CRM data, tracking performance metrics, and contributing to growth strategies.



Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Communication:Strong verbal and written communication for client interaction and presentations.


  • Sales Acumen:Experience in lead generation, negotiation, and relationship management.


  • Analytical Skills:Ability to analyze market data and identify growth opportunities.


  • Technical Skills:Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office (specifically PowerPoint/Excel), and online research tools.
