Description

The Associate Regional Business Operations Manager provides support for the operational efficiency of regional sales branches by undertaking administrative tasks, thereby allowing the sales team to focus on client-facing activities. Plays a key role in supporting training initiatives and assists Corporate Sales Departments to enhance overall sales effectiveness.

Our Regional Business Operations Managers



  • Corporate Sales Department Support: Provides operational and administrative support to Corporate Sales Departments. Assists in the implementation of sales strategies, coordination of sales initiatives, and maintenance of sales systems to ensure alignment across regions.
  • -Administrative Support: Actively removes desk-based tasks from the sales team by managing administrative activities such as data entry, report generation, and meeting coordination. Ensures the sales team can dedicate more time to client engagement and sales activities.
  • Training Support: Assists in the development and distribution of training materials. Supports the organization and execution of training sessions, both virtually and in-person, to ensure effective knowledge transfer and adoption of best practices among new and existing team members.
  • Communication Facilitator: Serves as a communication conduit between the corporate office, sales departments, and regional branches. Assists in disseminating updates on system changes, policy revisions, and sales processes to ensure consistent practices across branches.
  • Quality and Process Improvement: Contributes to the evaluation of current business processes and participates in quality improvement meetings. Supports the implementation of recommended changes to enhance efficiency and quality of service. Efficiency in completing administrative tasks and reducing desk work for the sales team.

Education and Experience Requirements



    High School Diploma/GED required, Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred. 1+ year(s) of TTI experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required

    • Willingness to travel up to 15% for training support or branch assistance.

    Total compensation for this position is a combination of base plus incentive. A reasonable, good faith estimate of the base pay range the employer expects to pay at hire for this role is $55,000 to $65,000. Total compensation targeted for this role is $60,000 to $75,000. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational considerations. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. HSA and FSA offerings are available depending on the type of medical plan selected.
