Think Bank is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Edina location. In this role, you will serve as a key member of our Branch Management team, responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of your branch. As a coach and leader, you will foster a customer-centered culture that supports the growth and success of your team. You will inspire and motivate employees to deliver exceptional service by providing ongoing feedback, support, and development opportunities. In this position, you will champion the integration of Think's full range of products and services, helping to fulfill our mission and strengthen the financial wellbeing of our customers. Using strong communication and relationship-building skills, you will represent Think within the local business community-participating in events, cultivating partnerships, and maintaining a visible and positive presence. Additional Responsibilities Build and maintain an effective and integrated team within the branch including Bankers, Tellers, and advisors Manage branch staffing levels to meet branch and customer needs Facilitate outstanding service to bank customers through individual interaction and management of staff performance Assist customers as needed by processing Teller or Banker transactions Meet with customers to answer questions, resolve conflicts and ensure a quality experience Demonstrate thorough knowledge of consumer and business and an understanding of credit rules and principles; working knowledge of all business lines including insurance, financial planning and mortgage products and services Develop relationships with stakeholders that support our customers and advance Think's presence in the marketplace Education and Experience High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent and 6 years' experience in consumer or business banking or financial services OR Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field Five years' experience in consumer or business banking or financial services Lending experience preferred Management experience preferred Compensation:$120,060 Benefits:The position is eligible for a full benefits package including: Health insurance with HSA contribution Dental insurance Vision insurance Up to 23 days of PTO annually Seven paid holidays Four weeks of paid family leave Up to 7.5% 401(k) employer match Tuition reimbursement Clothing allowance Think's open culture empowers employees to provide the best financial care to customers every single day.
