Job Highlights
- Responsible for leading the HR function covering multiple plant sites in order to meet the strategic and operational commitments of the business unit(s) and HR function with a high degree of effectiveness
- Act as a liaison between employer and employee, overseeing employee relations, to support a positive culture
- Involved in escalation of disciplinary or legal action when necessary and/or consistent with collective bargaining agreements
- Updating employees with any changes in company policy/contract provisions
- Advising assigned supervisors on treatment of staff, company policies and collective bargaining agreements
- Resolving and mediating employee complaints
- Participate in negotiations, contract arbitration or mediation proceedings
- Represents locations on community advisory panels as appropriate
- Conducts investigations
Experience / Skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, certification preferred (SPHR, SHRM-SCP)
- 5-10 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
- Multi-site experience is required
- Labor relations experience preferred
- Proven ability to lead and influence change
- Self-driven, proactive problem solver with great communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to be flexible and travel to various sites as required

- Compensation: We offer competitive compensation packages, inclusive of a global bonus program. The established pay range for this position is $138,700.00 to $184,900.00. Please note, the actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.
