Position Title: Bilingual Repair Technician Supervisor

Repair Technician Supervisor Responsibilities: - Supervise repair technicians, ensuring all repair activities meet quality standards and safety protocols - Coordinate and prioritize daily repair operations to meet production and shipment deadlines - Review and approve technician work, including cleaning, painting, and hardware installation tasks - Communicate with internal teams and external suppliers regarding parts, firmware, and equipment requirements - Manage technician schedules, including vacation planning, and ensure adequate staffing levels - Handle customer inquiries related to product issues, offering troubleshooting solutions or replacement options - Maintain accurate documentation of repair activities, technician notes, and customer interactions - Support quality assurance processes and update technical notes as needed - Order parts, tools, and hardware for stock and repair orders to ensure operational efficiency - Assist in verifying compliance with quality and ESD procedures, ensuring proper use of safety equipment - Download and update drivers or firmware for products as required Requirements for Repair Technician Supervisor: - Bilingual (English / Spanish) - High School Diploma or equivalent; 0+ years of technician experience, preferably with leadership duties - Previous experience in warehouse or inventory management is a plus - Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) - Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills - Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and perform tasks requiring standing, bending, or lifting for extended periods schaumburg@qpsemployment.com IND133 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
