Position Title: Production
Wage: $17/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 6am-2pm Monday-Friday Looking for a hands-on role where you can see the product come together right in front of you? Join a fast-paced production team where your precision and coordination make a direct impact on the finished product. If you enjoy working with your hands, staying busy, and being part of a team that values quality and consistency, this is the opportunity for you! This is an associate to hire role in Marshfield, MO. Production Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Perform assembly of small cylinders formed from corrugated metal - Use hand-eye coordination to accurately shape and position components - Hold assemblies securely in place while machinery rivets and adheres small parts - Insert rubber gaskets into completed cylinders prior to packaging - Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met - Assist with packaging and palletizing final products as needed - Maintain a clean and safe work area Production Requirements: - Strong attention to detail - Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination - Ability to follow work instructions and safety guidelines - Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks - Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
