Position Title: Principal Accountant Trident Systems is an industry leader in predictive and condition-based maintenance systems for tactical ground and maritime platforms. We develop cutting-edge solutions that integrate with existing systems and sensors for on-platform situational awareness, and act as an enabler for off-platform big data analytics. We are a mission partner supporting DoD, Intelligence Community, and Civil space customers. We develop complex, radiation effects mitigated, designs that balance competing requirements in modern space programs, delivering cutting-edge solutions that enable our customers to achieve more in space. Position Summary As the Principal Accountant, you will report directly to the Controller. You will own the subsidiary's accounting function end to end. This role is responsible for timely month-end close, accurate financial data (GAAP) and audit readiness. The Principal Accountant will have autonomy over day-to- day accounting operations. This person must value accountability and bring structure to the finance/ accounting organization. Duties and Responsibilities
