Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, logistics, procurement, inventory management, and demand planning. Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, supplier management, and procurement practices. Proven track record of driving process improvements, implementing best practices, and achieving measurable results within the supply chain function. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data.

Essential Functions (Key Roles & Responsibilities):
Develop and execute the supply chain strategy aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives. Collaborate with executive management to set strategic direction, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive continuous enhancement of the supply chain function. Assess and qualify suppliers based on quality, reliability, cost, and other relevant factors. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers, monitor performance, and drive supplier development initiatives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize purchasing decisions, monitor supplier performance, and manage supplier contracts. Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize inventory levels, minimize stock-outs, and reduce carrying costs. Manage transportation, warehousing, and distribution processes to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods. Collaborate with logistics partners, carriers, and internal teams to optimize logistics operations, reduce costs, and improve service levels. Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for logistics and distribution. Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards
