  • Build and manage schedules, risks, dependencies, and cost targets.
  • Drive crossfunctional workstreams across global teams.
  • Serve as Product Owner within Agile Product Owner Teams.
  • Oversee engineering deliverables (software, hardware, systems, A/V).
  • Coordinate BOMs, drawings, part numbering, and longlead procurement.
  • Communicate status and risks to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support manufacturing ramp, field deployment, and sustaining efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with GPDP, QMS, regulatory, and cybersecurity processes.

What You Bring

  • 5-7+ years managing complex hardware + software development projects.
  • Bachelor's in engineering or equivalent technical PM experience.
  • Experience with GPDP/stagegate + Agile environments.
  • Strong understanding of integrated systems and engineering lifecycles.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and crossfunctional coordination.

Preferred

  • 8-10+ years experience in PM or engineering.
  • PMP/IPMA/Agile certification.
  • Medical device or regulated development experience.
  • Experience leading global engineering teams.
