How You Will Make History Here...

Imagine working for a company that knows its people are the key to success. You'll help fuel a data-driven culture by turning financial data into meaningful insights that support smarter decisions across the business. This role plays a critical part in enabling digital transformation and helping teams see the story behind the numbers.

This is a hybrid role based out of Camden, NJ, with up to 5-10% travel.

What You Will Do...

  • Prepare, deliver, and maintain enterprise-level reports, dashboards, and analytics that drive actionable insights across Finance, including Supply Chain, Sales, FP&A, and Accounting

  • Support the company's data analytics strategy by assisting with scoping, planning, and execution of analytics and visualization solutions

  • Identify opportunities to improve, automate, and standardize reporting processes to increase efficiency and data quality

  • Serve as a liaison between Finance and IT to ensure analytics solutions meet business requirements and are fully validated and optimized

  • Act as a subject matter expert on finance data sources and KPI calculations

  • Promote a data-driven decision-making culture across the organization

Who You Will Work With...

  • Corporate and divisional Finance teams

  • Cross-functional partners including Supply Chain, Sales, FP&A, and Accounting

  • IT and third-party support partners to drive system and process enhancements

What You Bring To The Table... (Must Have)

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in data visualization and analytics, with 1-2 years of hands-on experience applying business analytics to solve real-world business questions

  • Experience creating dashboards within PowerBI

  • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder-facing skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Comfort validating financial metrics to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness

It Would Be Great If You Have... (Nice To Have)

  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as or SAP Analytics Cloud

  • Experience with SQL and/or DAX

  • Experience with Snowflake and/or Databricks platforms

  • Working knowledge of SAP ECC

  • Experience designing and implementing process or system enhancements that drive efficiency and improve controls

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$69,100-$99,400

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
