Title: Services AI and Automation Co-op Number of Position(s): 2 Duration: 4 months Dates: May - August, 2026 Location: Onsite - Dallas, TX Educational Requirements: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field at an accredited university in the United States. Build, test, and refine AI models and automation pipelines to improve operational efficiency Support deployment, integration planning, and acceptance testing for new solutions and updates Use AI-assisted workflows to analyze and accelerate CARE ticket resolution Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and enhance processes Document results, monitor solution performance, and recommend continuous improvements Strong programming skills (Python preferred) Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and collaboration abilities Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively It would be nice if you had: Experience with automation tools and techniques Familiarity with networking or lab environments Advancing connectivity to secure a brighter world.
