Shift: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

The Skills You Need:



  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of call center or phone-based customer service experience required
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a professional phone presence
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems while on calls
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/call management systems
  • Reliable attendance and strong time-management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
