PRIMARY DUTIES

SAP ERP Strategy & Optimization

  • Own theenterprise SAP ERP strategy, with a primary focus onoptimization, simplification, and value realization.
  • Manage SAP PMO, Center of Excellence, technical team & data conversion team during SAP implementations.
  • Drive continuous improvement ofcore ERP capabilitiesacross finance, supply chain, manufacturing and procurement.
  • Partner with business leaders toidentifyprocess gaps, productivity opportunities, and automation use cases enabled by ERP.
  • Govern ERP change intake, prioritization, and investment decisions to ensure focus on highvalue outcomes.
  • Ensure ERP stability, performance, security, and compliance while improving employee experience and adoption.
  • Ensure ERP solutions support finance, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and commercial processes in a standardized yet flexible manner.

eCommerce Technology Strategy

  • Own the technology vision and delivery forB2B eCommerce platforms, customer portals, and digital ordering experiences.
  • Ensure seamless integration between eCommerce, ERP, CRM, and supply chain systems.
  • Define and own theenterprise eCommerce technology strategy, ensuring alignment with commercial growthobjectivesand customer experience goals.
  • Lead the integration of eCommerce platforms withSAP ERP.
  • Partner with commercial, marketing, and customer experience teams to enable scalable digital sales channels and selfservice capabilities.
  • Drive platform reliability, scalability, and performance to support global growth and peak demand.

Digital Supply Chain Technology Strategy

  • Parter with Supply Chain leadership to co-author thedigital supply chain technology roadmap, aligned to operational excellence, resilience, and cost optimization.
  • Lead technology enablement for planning, forecasting, inventory optimization,logistics, and supplier collaboration.
  • Partner with supply chain leadership to digitize and automate core processes using SAP and complementary platforms.
  • Leverage data, analytics, and emerging technologies to improve visibility, predictability, and decisionmaking across the supply chain.
  • Ensure tight integration between supply chain systems and ERP to enable endtoend process execution and reporting.
  • Enable visibility, optimization, and resilience across global supply chains through advanced analytics, automation, and digital tools.
  • Partner with Operations and Supply Chain leadership to support lean, continuous improvement, and Industry 4.0 initiatives.

Leadership & Governance

  • Build, lead, and develop high-performing global technology teams.
  • Establish strongprogram governance, vendor management, and financial oversightfor large-scale initiatives.
  • Drive disciplined execution using modern delivery methodologies (agile, hybrid, and waterfall as appropriate).
  • Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and reliability standards in partnership with enterprise IT and cybersecurity teams.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 20+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including senior leadership roles in large, complex organizations.
  • Demonstrated success leadinglarge-scale SAP ERP implementations in global environments.
  • Deep experience withsupply chain and manufacturing technologieswithin an industrial or manufacturing context.
  • Proven track record deliveringeCommerce and digital commercial platformsintegrated with core enterprise systems.
  • Experience serving as atechnology partner to senior business leaders, with strong business acumen.
  • Strong vendor and systems integrator management experience.
  • Experience in process improvement and project management.
  • Leadership skills, team building, employee development.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Influencing decisions through a matrix organization.
  • Change driver - Significant experience in managing and driving change.
  • Highly effective in negotiation and resolution.
  • Ability to act as in a consultative manner with both business and IT leaders to align strategy.
  • Experience with technical application and infrastructure capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and manage project and department budgets.
  • Strategic thinkerwith the ability to translate vision into execution.
  • Business-first mindsetwith strong financial and operational understanding.
  • Collaborative influenceracross IT and business functions.
  • Results-orientedwith a focus on measurable value delivery.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in chemicals, adhesives, specialty materials, or process manufacturing.
  • Global operating experience across multiple regions.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.

The salary for this role is $175,000-$250,000.
