About the Role The VP, Banking Manager leads the Private Banking team and ensures the Profit Center meets revenue goals through deposit growth, client service excellence, and sales support. You will manage staffing, coaching, onboarding, and performance while serving as an escalation point for complex client matters. This role partners closely with commercial, treasury management, and private banking teams to support new business development and strengthen client relationships. You will also oversee administrative responsibilities, compliance adherence, and office operations to ensure efficient and effective performance. What You'll Do
