Purpose of the rolePlay an integral role in shaping how planning and scheduling supports project delivery across the organization. As Senior Manager, Planning/Scheduling, you will lead strategic planning and scheduling functions to ensure alignment between project execution and broader organizational objectives. You will be responsible for establishing robust planning frameworks, driving consistency in scheduling practices and ensuring teams have the insights they need to deliver projects safely, efficiently and on time. Working across multiple projects and teams, you will influence decision-making, support operational leaders and help guide tactical execution to achieve business goals. This role combines leadership, technical expertise and strategic thinking. You will oversee teams, guide the development of scheduling systems and processes, and collaborate with stakeholders across the business to improve project outcomes.
