JOB DESCRIPTION AdRise is FOX's advanced technology platform for managing CTV and linear inventory. It now powers FOXONE, which is our cross-portfolio inventory product across FOX Sports, FOX Entertainment, FOX News Media, and Tubi. ABOUT THE ROLE AdRise is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support the EVP and broader leadership team. This role is heavily focused on complex calendar management, cross-functional coordination, and team operations support in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The ideal candidate thrives on keeping executives and teams organized, anticipates scheduling conflicts before they arise, and ensures seamless execution of meetings and team-wide initiatives - including quarterly town halls. A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Executive & Team Calendar Management Manage and maintain high-volume calendars for the EVP and select team members Coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple time zones and business units Proactively prioritize scheduling requests and resolve conflicts with sound judgment Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and logistics to ensure leaders are fully prepared Track key deadlines, recurring meetings, and follow-ups to keep priorities on track Team & Department Coordination Support planning and execution of quarterly town halls, including scheduling, logistics, materials coordination, and cross-functional communication Assist with department-wide meetings, offsites, and team events Partner cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and Operations as needed Maintain organized records, shared documents, and team resources Travel & Expense Support Coordinate occasional domestic travel arrangements as needed Prepare, submit, and reconcile expense reports in a timely and accurate manner Ensure compliance with company travel and expense policies Administrative Support Draft correspondence and assist with presentations and documentation Support ad hoc projects and operational initiatives as assigned Maintain discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information WHAT YOU WILL NEED 5+ years of administrative experience supporting executive leaders Strong experience managing complex, high-volume executive calendars Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to anticipate needs and prioritize effectively Strong attention to detail and follow-through Excellent communication skills and professionalism across all levels of the organization Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER Experience supporting team-wide meetings or internal events (town halls, offsites, etc.) preferred #Ll-KD1 #Ll-Hybrid Learn more about Fox Tech at https://tech.fox.com #foxtech We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $32.00-45.68 per hour.
