Product Designer II (Mid-Level)

You don't wait for perfectly defined tickets. You notice friction, ask thoughtful questions, and work with product and engineering to improve real workflows. You're comfortable operating in evolving environments and can bring clarity to ambiguity. You care about usability more than decoration. You think in systems and flows, not just screens. You'll work in an environment where teams are being built, processes are maturing, and standards are still evolving. You'll collaborate with distributed teammates and play a role in shaping how we operate going forward. You make pragmatic tradeoffs and care about how your work ships. Systems-Oriented You identify repeatable interaction patterns and help reduce inconsistency across experiences. You balance product-specific needs with broader portfolio coherence. Product Minded You combine qualitative insight and behavioral analytics to inform design decisions. You don't rely on opinion - you seek evidence. AI-Enabled You use AI-assisted workflows to accelerate research, exploration, and iteration. You're comfortable experimenting with modern prototyping tools and identifying practical applications of AI in product development. We value thoughtful application, not buzzwords.
