Patient Service Representative - OnSite \| Lebanon, NH Full-Time \| Monday-Friday \| Start Between 6:30-7:30 AM Starting Pay: $20/hr + Advancement Opportunities Are you highly organized, detailoriented, and motivated by helping others? You'll rotate between key tasks including: * Processing and distributing mail * Handling claims from multiple sources * Managing online lockbox files * Working through assigned work queues * Responding to requests and inquiries * Supporting hospital billing and professional fee processes Key Responsibilities * Fulfill requests for medical records, EOBs, UB92s, and itemized statements * Deliver documentation to internal teams and external business partners * Perform general office duties: filing, scanning, photocopying, sorting mail, indexing documents * Manage mail printing, tracking, and distribution What You Bring * Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Excellent listening abilities and attention to detail * Ability to stay organized and productive in a fastpaced office environment * A positive, team-oriented approach Work Environment You'll work on-site in a collaborative office team setting, where reliability, communication, and teamwork matter.
