About the Role Our Enteral Department is seeking a temporary Intake Specialist to support a high volume of incoming orders and ensure timely, accurate processing during a period of increased demand. This role is critical in maintaining smooth department operations and delivering exceptional service to our patients who rely on enteral supplies. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM (flexibility available on start/end times) Key Responsibilities * Communicate with patients to confirm their enteral supply needs * Answer inbound calls and provide responsive, patientcentered support * Place outbound calls to coordinate and process supply reorders * Assist with order intake, documentation, and workflow management to ensure timely processing * Maintain accurate records, follow established procedures, and support compliance and quality standards Qualifications * Strong verbal communication and customer service skills * Ability to handle high call volumes with accuracy and professionalism * Reliability, organization, and comfort working in a fastpaced environment Employee Value Proposition * Supportive, collaborative team environment * Opportunity to gain experience in a specialized healthcare department * Stable fulltime schedule with slight flexibility Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of New Berlin, WI.
