As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will support employees, drivers, and visitors with clear communication and customer service, while reporting concerns promptly. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site contacts and/or public emergency services as required.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the distribution location, including entrances, parking areas, loading docks, trailer yards, and perimeter fencing; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Help to deter unauthorized access by monitoring access points, verifying credentials and/or visitor logs, and observing inbound and outbound truck traffic for unusual activity.
• Complete detailed, timely documentation such as daily activity reports and incident reports, and communicate observations to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
