Position Title: Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: - Handle daily customer requests: purchase orders, shipping updates, complaints, and documentation - Build strong customer relationships and act as their main point of contact - Work with internal teams to solve issues and support customer needs - Maintain accurate records in the ERP system - Assist Accounts Receivable with past-due invoices - Discuss forecasts, demand, opportunities, and satisfaction during customer interactions - Support account managers for larger accounts; proactively check in with smaller accounts - Share ideas to improve processes and tools - Meet customer success performance goals Requirements for Customer Service Representative: - High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred - 1-2 years of customer service experience; manufacturing preferred - Microsoft Office proficiency - ERP experience preferred - Strong organization and attention to detail - Excellent communication skills - Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure - Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills - Works well independently and as part of a team IND044 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
