Job Summary
The Circuit Breaker Assembler is responsible for assembling, repairing, and supporting the maintenance of electrical circuit breakers and related components. This role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical assembly experience, including an understanding of electrical voltages and safe handling of electrical equipment. The position involves performing repair work, conducting quality checks, and completing administrative tasks such as documentation and work order tracking. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with tools and electrical components, and able to follow safety procedures and technical instructions in a production or technical environment. Job Responsibilities
Assemble circuit breakers and related electrical components according to established procedures and technical specifications.
Perform repair work on circuit breakers, identifying and correcting mechanical or electrical issues as needed.
Read and follow assembly instructions, diagrams, and work orders to ensure accurate and consistent production.
Inspect components and completed assemblies to verify quality and proper functionality.
Use hand tools, assembly equipment, and testing instruments safely and effectively.
Maintain accurate records of repair activities, assembly tasks, and work orders as required.
Support basic administrative tasks related to documentation, reporting, and tracking of completed work.
Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Communicate issues, defects, or production concerns to supervisors or team members promptly.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of electrical systems and an understanding of electrical voltages.
Experience with mechanical or electrical assembly in a manufacturing or technical environment.
Ability to read and follow technical instructions, diagrams, and written procedures.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to safely use hand tools and assembly equipment.
Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Work Experience
Previous experience with electrical assembly or circuit breaker assembly preferred.
At least one year of experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or technical production environment preferred.
