Nurse Manager - Acute Care - AllHealth Network

As the Nurse Manager - Acute Care Campus, you will provide clinical and operational leadership across the Acute Treatment Unit (ATU) and Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU). This role is ideal for a nurse leader who is passionate about recoveryoriented care, staff development, and ensuring highquality, compliant services in a fastpaced inpatient setting. You'll work closely with the Clinical Program Manager and interdisciplinary leadership team to support program growth, staff engagement, and exceptional client care.


What You'll Do

  • Help keep our programs on budget and support the financial health of the organization.
  • Work closely with the Clinical Program Manager to oversee daily operations in the Acute Treatment Unit (ATU) and Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU).
  • Support and mentor nursing staff through regular supervision, training, and coaching to help them grow and deliver outstanding care.
  • Lead the day-to-day work of the ATU and CSU teams, ensuring high-quality, recovery-focused care that follows evidence-based practices.
  • Provide at least twice-monthly supervision for RNs and other staff, making sure new team members are fully trained and ready to succeed.
  • Keep track of and make sure all clinical and administrative paperwork is completed on time, including notes, reviews, reports, and timesheets.
  • In partnership with the Clinical Program Manager, ensure services and documentation meet the requirements of AllHealth Network, the Behavioral Health Administration, CMS, and other agencies.
  • Work well with the interdisciplinary team to meet client needs efficiently and effectively.
  • Guide staff in collaborating with other clinicians for support, crisis intervention, and coordinated client care across programs.
  • Help with crisis intervention and managing the treatment environment, including seclusion and restraint procedures as needed.
  • Assist with initial assessments and admissions to the ATU and CSU.
  • Make sure critical incidents and occurrence reports are completed accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate and oversee staff professional development activities.
  • Organize and lead team meetings and group supervision sessions.
  • Work with the Clinical Program Manager to meet performance goals and expectations.
  • Check clinical documentation to ensure records are complete, clear, and meet all standards.
  • Ensure all services meet quality requirements and are properly documented for AllHealth Network and funding sources.
  • Identify and address any compliance issues quickly and effectively.
  • Monitor progress toward business plan goals for your areas of responsibility.


What You Bring

  • Licensed Registered Nurse
  • Bachelor's required (ADN acceptable with 10 years of experience)
  • At least three years of experience with adults with severe and persistent mental illness, preferably in an inpatient setting.
  • Demonstrated clinical leadership required
  • Supervisory experience is strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of and experience with business operations and financial management preferred
  • Must be competent in clinical assessment, diagnosis and therapeutic interventions.
  • Ability to supervise clinical staff in a managed care setting
  • Knowledge of mental health rules and regulations
  • Familiarity with community resources
  • Requires skills in utilization review and brief treatment
  • Computer competency
  • Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, and to develop therapeutic relationships with clients and families
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive, effective working relationships with other professionals in all levels of authority.

Compensation:

$120,000 - $135,000


The base salary range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network hiring salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values. The range listed is just one component of AllHealth Networks' total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives as well as a generous benefits package detailed below.
