Rize Credit Union is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Summer Intern to support our Information Technology team! This paid, part-time position is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain exposure to IT operations and technology support while building valuable technical and problem-solving skills in a professional environment. Schedule: About the Role As an Information Technology Summer Intern, you'll support the technology team on projects related to software development, automation, AI processes, and product innovation. This role provides hands-on exposure to how technology supports business operations, from developing and reviewing code to exploring new tools and technologies. You'll work alongside team members to help improve processes, support development initiatives, and contribute ideas around emerging technology and product capabilities. What You'll Do Assist with writing, reviewing, or converting code for development projects Support the creation of AI-driven processes to assist with coding, testing, or code review Help automate internal processes using robotic process automation (RPA) tools Assist with maintaining scrum processes, including backlog updates and documentation Support business analysis activities related to technology projects Contribute research and ideas toward new product concepts using emerging technologies Assist with general technical documentation, testing, or project support tasks What We're Looking For SKILLS Interest or foundational knowledge in coding or software development Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Interest in artificial intelligence and automation technologies Basic understanding of technical concepts or programming principles Ability to analyze information and contribute ideas to technology projects INTERESTS Technology, software development, or information systems Artificial intelligence, automation, and emerging technologies Product development and innovation Understanding how technology solutions support business operations Currently pursuing (or planning to pursue) a technical degree such as computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field (preferred) Why Join Rize This Summer?
