POSITION SUMMARY: The Executive Director of Clinical Applications is responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and optimization of BMCHS's clinical information systems - namely Epic - and associated ancillary clinical applications. This role will lead multiple teams across ambulatory, inpatient and reporting applications to ensure that clinical technology enhances patient safety, improves clinician workflow, and aligns with broader organizational goals. The successful candidate will be a key member of the BMC IT leadership team, will build and support high performing teams, and will be looked upon as the foremost expert on the use of technology in the hospital EHR and reporting spaces. The Executive Director of Clinical Applications will partner with hospital clinical and operational leadership to ensure roadmaps are aligned and that technology and innovative address the needs of our three-hospital system. Compensation Range: $198,500.00- $288,000.00This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer.
