Compensation The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $135,400.00 - $225,600.00. This role is eligible for an incentive target of up to or $43,500.00, based on the achievement of individual and company performance objectives in accordance with the current terms of the incentive program which are subject to change. The Director, Corporate Healthcare Sales role is accountable for business performance that is consistent with the Company's strategic direction. This role is expected to drive profitable growth by executing the Healthcare System strategy of over $100M. This role is also responsible for hiring, developing and retaining talent where expectations, ownership, and results are clearly defined. This role will work cross functionally to define the strategy and implement insightful-driven solutions to support effortless customer service.
