Shift: 6:00 PM - 3:30 AM

What You're Made Of

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of press brake operation experience.
• Proficient in CNC press brake operation, programming, and blueprint interpretation.
• Strong math, measurement, and quality inspection skills; knowledge of metals preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to precision and safety.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and safely lift heavy materials.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and adherence to safety procedures.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. + steel-toe shoes.

Your Key Responsibilities

Set up, program, and operate CNC press brakes; select proper tooling and optimize bending processes for accuracy and efficiency. Interpret blueprints and drawings to determine specifications, measurements, and bend sequences. Inspect finished parts using precision tools to ensure they meet quality and dimensional standards. Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot minor machine issues, and maintain a clean, safe work area. Prepare and inspect raw materials, maintain production records, and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
