Come talk to us about joining the Centerstone team! JOB DESCRIPTION: SUMMARY OF POSITION Provides overall program oversight to ensure effective service delivery and positive participant outcomes. Responsible for hiring, training, and supervising program staff, while providing ongoing coaching, support, and hands-on guidance. Monitors program performance through regular audits, reviews outcomes, and implements quality improvement initiatives as needed. Serves as a liaison with internal departments and external partner agencies to support coordinated care and program success. The Team Leader oversees the coordination and delivery of services for individuals participating in the Recovery Court program. This role acts as a key liaison between the behavioral health provider and the Recovery Court team, helping ensure participants receive comprehensive, evidence-based treatment and recovery support for substance use and co-occurring disorders. In this role, the Team Leader supervises staff, coordinates treatment planning, and monitors participant progress while ensuring compliance with court requirements, grant expectations, and organizational policies. The position works collaboratively with judges, attorneys, probation officers, and community partners to promote participant engagement, accountability, and long-term recovery outcomes.
