Security Officer Driver Patrol

As a Security Officer Driver Patrol in Mount Juliet, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, stay highly visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support tenants and visitors with clear, professional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by following site-specific, security-related procedures, access guidelines, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout commercial property areas such as lobbies, corridors, loading zones, and parking areas to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with property management and/or public responders as needed.
• Monitor and document unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and/or potential hazards observed during patrols, and communicate findings to the appropriate contacts.
• Complete detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations using required logs and/or reporting systems.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
