EBSCO Industries is looking to add a talented attorney to its in-house legal team. Our legal team supports a diverse portfolio of companies, working closely with business partners across a wide range of matters. You will provide strategic legal advice and support to EBSCO and its portfolio companies, primarily focused on commercial transactions. This role involves reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts, advising on legal and regulatory matters, and ensuring business operations comply with applicable laws and company policies. Ability to sit for extended periods at a desk while working on a computer, reviewing financial documents, and analyzing data using software applications and spreadsheets. Capable of viewing and interpreting information on computer screens for prolonged periods, including detailed financial reports, spreadsheets, and data visualizations.
