This March, don't just watch the madness-be part of it! Barilla America is looking for Processing Operators to keep our pasta production on point and slam dunking quality every day. If you love hands-on work, teamwork, and keeping the action moving, this is your shot!

Pay: $22.77/hour + $1.50 shift differential for night shift

Your Game Plan

Operate and monitor pasta processing lines (mixing, extrusion, cutting, drying).

Conduct quality checks so every noodle hits the mark.

Troubleshoot equipment issues and keep production moving.

Complete documentation and communicate with your teammates across shifts.

Assist with product changeovers and maintain clean, game-ready equipment.

Unload semolina and help maintain the die and blade rooms.

Who's on Our Team

High School Diploma or GED required

Production or food manufacturing experience is a bonus

Basic computer and mechanical skills helpful

Team player with a focus on quality and safety
