Responsibilities Join our team as a Hospital Pharmacist and play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This position is ideal for pharmacists with experience in hospital pharmacy, medication management, and clinical drug therapy monitoring. Key Responsibilities: Accurately compound, prepare, and dispense parenteral and enteral medications Provide clinical pharmacy services, including medication therapy management and drug utilization review Monitor patient drug therapies, including drug levels, adverse drug events, and safety reporting Deliver drug information and education to physicians, nurses, patients, and caregivers Supervise and support pharmacy technicians and support staff Participate in continuous quality improvement (CQI) and patient safety initiatives Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize cardiac and acute care outcomes Serve in a leadership capacity in the absence of the Pharmacy Team Leader Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited School of Pharmacy Current Pharmacist license (Oklahoma required) BLS certification preferred Minimum of 1+ year hospital pharmacy experience preferred Skills & Knowledge: Strong knowledge of pharmacology, clinical therapeutics, and hospital pharmacy operations Ability to interpret, assess, compound, and dispense medications safely and accurately Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and pharmacy systems Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a multidisciplinary healthcare team Why Join Us: Be part of a mission-driven organization where pharmacists are integral to patient outcomes, especially in cardiac care and advanced clinical settings.
