In this role, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient execution and oversight of Superior Area projects. This role provides endtoend project coordination, including planning, development, scheduling, and administrative support, while ensuring alignment with operational priorities, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. #joinourteam

What You Will Do:

  • Manage Capital (CAPEX) and Operating (OPEX) projects within the Gulf Coast Transmission Region that are not classified as LP Core Projects or Major Projects.

  • Lead the development and execution of projects from budget proposal through contract administration, construction management, cost control, and reporting.

  • Prepare detailed project scopes, schedules, and cost estimates.

  • Determine resource requirements and identify key partners.

  • Develop project execution plans, specifications, and documentation in alignment with applicable standards and requirements.

  • Specify, procure, and coordinate all required equipment and materials.

  • Oversee contractors, inspectors, and field personnel to ensure safe and effective project execution.

Who You Are:

  • University degree and 6 years minimum experience or 9 years of experience without a degree. Experience in related construction, project management or operational training and/or experience. A combination of education and experience will be considered.

  • Strong, well-developed problem solving, decision-making, organization, planning and leadership skills.

  • Effective interpersonal skills.

  • Effective organizational and time management skills in handling multiple projects, performing a variety of tasks, and meeting required deadlines.

  • Knowledge of Enbridge Construction Standards and Specifications, as well as Operations and Maintenance Manuals.

  • Role requires a valid driver's license, which will be verified with a motor vehicle check prior to hire.

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment.

  • Up to 25% travel to operating locations and construction site up to 25% of the time.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:

Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
