We're seeking a dynamic Instructional Designer to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping how our employees learn, grow, and excel. **What You'll Do:**

* Conduct in-depth job and task analyses and needs assessments to define clear learning objectives and determine the most effective training and performance improvement solutions.

* Consult with Program Managers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop comprehensive training curricula, establishing individual program goals, overarching program objectives, and detailed module objectives.

* Design curriculum plans that support sustained employee performance and development over time, applying instructional design principles and adult learning theory.

* Independently design and develop new training programs from inception, starting with formal training needs analysis.

* Collaborate with Program Managers to select appropriate instructional strategies, delivery methods, and media based on audience characteristics, learning styles, content complexity, and learner location.

* Design training primarily for self-paced skill-based e-learning, with the flexibility to include multiple delivery modalities such as instructor-led classroom training, virtual classroom instruction, and blended learning approaches.

* Partner with eLearning specialists to develop complex e-learning programs and applications.

* Review evaluation data, assessment results, and participant and manager feedback to assess training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.

* Work with Program Managers to design evaluation strategies and measurement tools to determine whether targeted learning and performance outcomes have been achieved.

* Assist in the development of valid, criterion-referenced assessments.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of instructional design experience.

* Demonstrated experience designing training for complex subject matter across multiple delivery modalities, including instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced eLearning.

* Proficiency with course authoring tools, graphics, animation, and audio editing software.

* Excellent creative, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

* Broad knowledge of instructional technologies and advanced proficiency in eLearning development tools, with the ability to extend standard functionality through limited custom programming.

* Clear and effective design of translating learning into Storyboards.

* Excellent ability to leverage Design Methodologies: ADDIE / SAM.

* Strong ability to leverage AI tools.

* Proficiency in:

* Adobe Creative Suite

* Articulate Storyline

* Rise 360

* Vyond

* Veed

* Camtasia

* Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* A Master's degree in Instructional Design or a related field.

* Strong project management skills, with experience using tools like Wrike.
