Strategic Sourcing Manager

We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to support procurement initiatives across multiple business units. In this role, you will lead supplier negotiations, manage the intake-to-contract process, and provide strategic sourcing support for technology-related purchases including software, hardware, cloud services, and IT professional services.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring sourcing strategies align with business goals, while maintaining compliance with purchasing policies and optimizing supplier relationships. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem solver with strong negotiation skills and the ability to guide stakeholders through complex procurement processes.

Strategic Sourcing & Procurement

• Lead sourcing initiatives across multiple business units, focusing on software, hardware, cloud solutions, and IT services.
• Conduct market research, supplier benchmarking, and cost analysis to support sourcing strategies.
• Identify opportunities to improve supplier value, cost efficiency, and operational performance.

Supplier Negotiations & Contract Management

• Drive supplier negotiations and contract execution, ensuring favorable pricing, terms, and service levels.
• Partner with legal and internal stakeholders to finalize agreements and maintain contract compliance.
• Support the intake-to-contract process, guiding business teams through procurement requirements.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, helping translate business needs into sourcing strategies.
• Build strong relationships across business partners, suppliers, and procurement teams.
• Facilitate communication between suppliers and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Compliance & Procurement Governance

• Ensure all sourcing activities comply with purchasing policies, procurement standards, and corporate governance requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and sourcing records throughout the procurement lifecycle.

• Experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or vendor management.
• Proven ability to negotiate supplier agreements and manage contracts.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience conducting market research and supplier benchmarking.
• Understanding of purchasing policies, procurement compliance, and sourcing processes.
• Ability to manage multiple sourcing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience managing RFP / RFI processes.
• Knowledge of emerging trends in software, hardware, and cloud services procurement.
