**About the Role**

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to drive the technical design process from initial development through to final fit. In this pivotal individual contributor role, you will be the guardian of product fit and comfort, working closely with design teams to ensure their creative intent is realized while adhering to rigorous fit, comfort, and quality standards. Your problem-solving skills and agility will be key as you navigate a fast-paced environment, making a tangible impact on product integrity and customer satisfaction.

**What You'll Do**

* Execute the comprehensive technical design process, guiding products from initial concept to final fit approval.

* Analyze and meticulously evaluate garments to establish precise fit specifications that align with brand standards.

* Ensure product development consistently meets established fit quality, standards, manufacturer capabilities, and cost specifications.

* Develop clear and concise technical specifications, effectively communicating fit requirements to vendors and factories for approvals and necessary corrections.

* Collaborate with factories to implement appropriate adjustments, safeguarding the integrity of design-approved prototypes while closely monitoring quality and targeted pricing.

* Organize and effectively prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment where requirements and priorities are frequently evolving.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Fashion, or equivalent practical experience.

* 3-5 years of dedicated experience in technical design.

* Proven experience with plus-size garment fitting and development.

* Essential experience in intimates technical design.
