In this role, you will be instrumental in bringing complex ideas to life, owning projects from conception to completion, and contributing to a robust and scalable technology ecosystem that impacts users daily. As a key contributor, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying advanced software. You will lead projects, ensuring successful delivery, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build seamless and high-performing applications. Your work will directly enhance user experience and expand the capabilities of our platform.

**Primary Duties:**

* Lead the breakdown of complex projects into manageable milestones and tasks, guiding them to successful completion.

* Engage in critical thinking to solve abstract problems and take full ownership of solutions.

* Participate actively in code reviews, manage branches, resolve merge conflicts, and adhere to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

* Develop and maintain robust frontend interfaces using modern web technologies and frameworks.

* Build and optimize backend services and APIs to support scalable applications.

* Design, implement, and manage both SQL and NoSQL database solutions.

* Collaborate effectively with team members, ensuring clear communication and organized project execution.

**Required Qualifications:**

* Demonstrated ability to think critically about abstract problems and own solutions.

* Proven experience in breaking down projects into milestones and tasks, and successfully leading projects to completion.

* Excellent communication and organizational skills.

* Proficiency in code review processes, branch management, merge conflict resolution, and understanding of the SDLC.

* Hands-on experience with ElectronJS.

* Strong command of HTML, CSS, and modern CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS.

* Expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript.

* Extensive experience with frontend libraries like React.js and UI frameworks such as antd and shadcn.

* Familiarity with global state management tools, including Redux and React Context API.

* Experience with server-side technologies like Node.js and Python.

* Proven ability to build RESTful APIs and utilize server-side frameworks, including Express.js.

* Experience in developing and managing both SQL (e.g., SQLite, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases.
