Are you ready to shape the future of workplace experience at a leading global technology company?

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a team dedicated to fostering an innovative and inclusive environment where employees thrive. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our physical spaces are not just functional, but inspiring, contributing directly to the productivity and well-being of our dynamic teams. Your impact will be felt daily as you craft an exceptional onsite experience, acting as the heartbeat of our operations and a champion for our people.

We are seeking a highly motivated and autonomous individual to join our team as a **Workplace Experience Partner**.

In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and delivering an outstanding onsite experience, owning daily office operations, managing vendor relationships, ensuring health and safety, and contributing to strategic space planning.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our sites run smoothly, drive improvements that scale across locations, and cultivate an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere where everyone can do their best work. This position offers a unique blend of operational excellence and a people-first mindset, allowing you to create an environment where employees feel supported, connected, and proud to come into the office.

**Key Responsibilities:** *

**Office Operations:**

Oversee smooth daily operations, including managing supplies, optimizing meeting spaces, coordinating security, and maintaining the general rhythm of the site.

**Vendor Management:** Build strong partnerships and ensure high-quality service with onsite vendors such as catering, cleaning, and security.

**Health & Safety:** Maintain compliance with safety regulations, run safety programs, and champion a safe and inclusive workplace for all employees.

**Space Planning:** Partner with facilities teams on space design, moves, expansions, and occupancy planning to meet evolving business needs.

**Cross-Functional Liaison:**

Serve as the connective tissue between various internal teams and central facilities, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

**What You Bring:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

* Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine people-first mindset, capable of building trust and effectively supporting teams across all levels and functions.

* Demonstrated experience operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environments, such as startup or scale-up settings.

* Proven ability to work autonomously, anticipate needs, and proactively solve problems without heavy oversight.

* Kind, approachable, and able to build trust with people at every level of an organization.

* Confident in leading initiatives and driving them to completion.

* Comfortable supporting teams ranging from 100 to 2500 people, adjusting your approach as needed.

* Experience in both scrappy, fast-paced environments and structured, complex organizations.

* Energized by autonomy and ownership; you anticipate, act, and improve without needing constant direction.

* A natural problem solver who enjoys making things work better than you found them.

* A collaborative team player who excels at working across functions and geographies.

* Ability to work onsite 4 days per week.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience supporting organizations through rapid growth, significant change, or IPO-level scaling.

* Backgrounds in roles such as Executive Assistant, Workplace/Office Manager, Hospitality or guest-experience leadership, Project or program management, or Startup/Scale-up operations.

* Experience in tech or high-growth environments.
