The Partnership Success in this role is built on relationships. You will serve as the strategic bridge between our executive business leaders and the People Services Directors (PSDs) across the enterprise. You will work in lockstep with PSD partners to proactively identify talent gaps, understand regional nuances, and ensure our leadership pipeline is aligned with our long-term organizational health and culture. This position will be open for a minimum of three days. The Salary Range for the role is $78,000.00 - $119,000.00/year. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
