Healthcare Customer Service Representative San Antonio, TX \| Hybrid \| 12-Month Contract (Potential Permanent Hire) Start Date: April 13, 2026 Pay Rate: $21/hour Shift: TBD Equipment Provided Make an Impact in Healthcare Join our team as a Healthcare Customer Service Representative (CSR) and play a vital role in supporting Wound Care professionals. You'll help streamline billing processes, ensure compliance with payer requirements, and deliver outstanding customer service-all while building valuable experience in the healthcare industry. What You'll Do * Review and qualify orders for product placement based on payer requirements. * Collect and analyze documentation such as medical records and prescriptions. * Partner with clinics and field staff to secure missing information. * Provide excellent customer service and support team members. What We're Looking For * High school diploma or equivalent. * At least 1 year of healthcare-related experience (2+ years preferred). * Strong customer service and multitasking skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email applications. * Adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment.
