In this role, you will support customers, partners, local sales teams, and security engineering across Americas, providing deep technical authority in Manufacturing and Utilities environments.

You will bridge plant-floor operational realities with cybersecurity strategy, ensuring our OT positioning is credible, practical, and aligned with American regulatory requirements.

This is a strategic technical leadership role within the Industrial Vertical organization.

Key Responsibilities


  • Act as the OT Security SME for America across Manufacturing & Utilities



  • Support local sales teams in strategic OT opportunities



  • Provide technical leadership during complex industrial engagements



  • Assist Security Engineering (SE) teams in designing OT architectures



  • Support channel partners in OT solution positioning and delivery



  • Lead OT-focused customer workshops and architecture sessions



  • Align OT security designs with IEC 62443, NIS2, and US regulatory frameworks



  • Drive segmentation and secure remote access strategies in industrial networks



  • Collaborate with Product, Alliances, and Vertical leadership to refine OT use cases



  • Represent the company in industry events and executive engagements




You Will Be Responsible For


  • Establishing technical credibility in the Americas Industrial market



  • Supporting strategic deals across America with deep OT expertise



  • Enabling partners to deliver secure OT architectures



  • Elevating internal SE capability in OT security



  • Acting as the technical anchor for OT-related opportunities



  • Ensuring field alignment on Industrial messaging and architecture



Qualifications


  • 10+ years of experience in OT / ICS / Industrial environments



  • Hands-on experience working inside manufacturing plants, utilities, or critical infrastructure



  • Experience engaging CISOs, Heads of OT, and plant leadership



  • Background from industrial or OT-focused organizations such as:





    • Siemens



    • Honeywell



    • Rockwell Automation



    • ABB



    • Schneider Electric



    • Claroty



    • Armis





  • Strong knowledge of:





    • SCADA / DCS systems



    • PLC environments (e.g., Siemens S7, Rockwell)



    • Purdue Model architecture



    • IEC 62443



    • NIS2 and American compliance frameworks



    • OT segmentation and secure remote access





  • Authorized in the US to work without sponsorship now or in the future
