Compensation will be made up of a competitive base salary as well as bonus potential determined by your own individual performance and the performance of the organization overall.
Engineering Systems Inc. (ESi) is a multidisciplinary engineering and scientific investigation and failure analysis firm. We primarily work with law firms, insurance companies, and manufacturers on small to large-scale projects to answer any technical questions they have. As a firm, our projects can entail investigating major transportation accidents, equipment failures, personal injury claims, and damage to residential or commercial structures. In many cases, we provide structural design services for repairs and retrofits to damaged or otherwise deficient residential, commercial, and industrial structures. About This Role The Senior Consultant in the Rail Practice will lead rail technology development and evaluation projects. The role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, including managing projects and leading staff. This position requires experience in business development, proposal preparation, and client relationship management. The Senior Consultant will lead other staff and contractors specializing in software, algorithm, and technology development. Key Responsibilities
