We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Nurse Manager to lead our 32bed Medical ICU within a Level II Trauma Center. This role oversees a highperforming critical care team dedicated to delivering exceptional, evidencebased care to complex and highacuity patients. Position: Nurse Manager - Medical ICU (CICU) Shift: Days with 24/7 Accountability Experience: 1. 3-5 years of clinical experience in critical care nursing. 2. Prior management, supervisor, charge, coordinator, or other related leadership experience required. Education: 1. BSN preferred, other related Bachelors Degree or pursuing required. 2. MSN or other related Masters Degree highly preferred. Licensures/Certifications: 1. PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact. 2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required. 3. CCRN certification or Leadership certification (NE-BC/NEA-BC) desired. Employee Status: Regular Schedule: Full-time Shift: Day Job Pay Range: $119,870.40 - $186,992.00 Job Grade: 416
