Starting Wage: $28.37+ 2.30 shift differential

Shift: 2nd shift Monday-Thursday 4:48pm-3:18am

Shift: Weekend Shift Friday-Sunday 6:00am-6:30pm

Your Responsibilities:

• Measures, positions insulation in the panel, and trims to size

• Sprays adhesive on panel or pin spots insulation

• Operatestoxmachine and spray gun according to proper procedures and instructions.

• Sorts panels according to FA1 floors or FA5 panels

• Gaskets PNF panels

• Assembles splice channels andinsulates

• Train new members on the various machines, procedures, safe work practices and any pertinentitemsregardingsafety,qualityand production

• Responsible formaintainingthe 5s program to ensure a clean workarea

• Follow and understandHOMESafe, Personal Choice and company safety manualrequirements

• Identifyand rework defective work pieces tocomply withqualitystandards

• Read and interpret blueprints,sketchesor product specifications todeterminesequence and methods of fabricating,assemblingand installing sheet metal products, including machine adjustments and material requirements per engineeringrequirements

• Operate PIT (Powered Industrial Trucks), obtain PIT License

• All other duties asassigned

Your Qualifications:

• The ability to lift, push, and/or pull materials, stand for majority of the shift, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining proper PPE.
• The ability to use hand tools for extended periods of time.
• The ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• High School Education/GED OR Minimum 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
