Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Shift:

• Initial Training: First Shift | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Post-Training: Rotating shifts including weekends
• Second Shift | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Here's what it takes to succeed with us.

• Prior experience in plant operations or minerals processing is a plus
• Comfortable with physically demanding work and varying weather conditions
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
• Forklift/front-end loader experience preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable, safety-minded, and detail-oriented

What You'll Do:

• Operate and control plant equipment including crushers, mills, conveyors, and screening machinery
• Operate a forklift and front-end loader as needed
• Monitor production and make real-time adjustments for quality and efficiency
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Follow all safety procedures and promptly report any hazards
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet required specifications
• Maintain accurate logs of production and operational activities
• Work closely with other team members to meet daily production goals
