Shift: 8 am - 4:30 pm (Mon - Fri)

Looking for a real deal warehouse gig in %%location%%? We're hiring Warehouse Shipping Clerk pros who can haul, stack, scan, and ship - and still have energy left for Friday night. This isn't a suit-and-tie office job. This is hands-on, boots-on, get-it-done work with a crew that's got your back.

What You'll Do (the daily grind that keeps it moving)

• Receive and inspect shipments and returns of faulty parts
• Prioritize and promptly process returns to meet customer requirements
• Verify parts and documentation for compliance with procedures
• Dispatch replacement parts to end users
• Process customer returns and maintain RMA stock
• Report RMA requests and receive replacements from the US
• Manage paperwork related to returns, including credits and shipments
• Assist Customer Support Engineers in Japan as needed
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned

What You'll Need (no fluff, just the facts)

• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Demonstrated discretion and professionalism with confidential information
