Position Summary

In this role you will play a key role in patient care by performing diagnostic imaging and assisting with procedures. Work situations are a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgement, initiative, and ingenuity. You will work together with your team to ensure the most comprehensive and compassionate imaging care for MultiCare patients.

Responsibilities:

  • You will perform general radiography imaging studies under the supervision of department leadership of Imaging Services
  • Operate imaging equipment for both diagnostic studies and supporting physicians during sterile procedures
  • Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and/or child life specialists to deliver coordinated care
  • Adhere to infection control, radiation safety, and contrast administration protocols
  • You will recognize and report patient needs to create a safe and comfortable patient care environment
  • Participate in on-call rotations to support 24/7 imaging services

Requirements:

  • Graduate with an AA degree from accredited Imaging program or equivalent
  • Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
  • Certified Ragiologic Technologist with the State of Washington Department of Health
  • BLS

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $42.29 - $66.64 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
